The P. G. Department of Mathematics was established in 2018. The department has dedicated and energetic faculty members with extensive knowledge in pure & applied Mathematics. The Department offers PhD, MPhil and 2 years MSc programme in Mathematics. Subsequently, the department offers opportunities for research in a wide spectrum of areas in Mathematics such as: Algebra, Analysis, Financial Mathematics, Theoretical Cosmology, Numerical Analysis, Complex Analysis, Inventory Models etc. The department is intensely involved in research and teaching and transfers it to the academic and industrial sectors through publications, lectures, collaborations etc.
